Lina Passalacqua: the four seasons

(…) The works exhibited allow us to grasp, in addition to the technical knowledge and the preciousness of the pictorial fabric, the refined sensitivity with which the artist translates the internal creative pulsations. While evoking the futurist matrix in the dynamism of signs, they propose a lyrical abstractionism of great expressive power from which emerges the intensity of an interior excavation conducted into the most unfathomable depths of the soul. "His" seasons are a clear metaphor of life in its flow, from the spring moment to its ineluctable decline, but even more they are a metaphor of the infinite cyclicality of existence in which the path of the individual appears as a dazzling vital fragment, a suspended note of poetry inserted in the harmonic score of the cosmos.
